Analysis of extracellular recordings in neuronal cell cultures

We use eletrophysiology recordings as the primary information source in biological preparations to understand how firing-patterns evolve throughout the course of the cell culture's life. Besides, it is possible to characterize the neural-electrode interface and investigate the basic aspects of cell death.
